Day visitors and visiting parties are welcomed at Caldwell so if you are looking to arrange an outing for yourself or for a group look no further; you have come to the right place. Caldwell Golf Club has excellent golfing and catering facilities and will be pleased to accommodate your needs in a friendly and welcoming way.
Visitor Information
Dress Code; In keeping with modern norms, Caldwell Golf Club operates a relaxed dress code. Dress standards on the course are accepted golfing apparel and golf shoes. Smart casual wear is allowed in the main lounge but no outdoor wear or playing clothes that have been soiled or wet are allowed there. The wearing of golf shoes is not permitted in the Clubhouse except in the locker rooms. Mobile Phones; Mobile phones may be used on the course provided they are set to silent. Their use must not delay play or cause annoyance to other golfers. Mobile phones must also be kept on silent in the Clubhouse.
How to find us
We are located on the A736 at its junction with the B776 approximately 5 miles south-west of Barrhead. The A736 at Barrhead is readily accessible from the M77;
• If heading south from Glasgow, leave at Junction 3, turn right onto the A726 then left onto the B773 to Barrhead.
• If heading north from Ayrshire, leave at Junction 5, turn right onto the A77 “Ayr Road” to Newton Mearns, then left onto the Barrhead Road at traffic lights just before ASDA store.

Caldwell Golf Club offers a range of affordable packages for visiting parties. No matter what the size of your group is, we can promise you a very warm welcome and a great day out. 18 holes of golf on our excellent course followed by a meal chosen from our restaurant menu will ensure that everyone in the party has a memorable day out. Prior to the visit, our experienced staff will assist in tailoring individual packages to suit your needs and provide advice to how to ensure your event runs smoothly. On the day of the visit, our Clubhouse and our Professional Shop staff will be hand to assist you and to ensure that you all have a great day.
